Q: How can I withdraw funds from my account?
A: To download the Funds Redemption Form, please click here. The FXDD Funds Redemption form needs to be filled out and submitted by FAX at +1.212.937.3845. Please note that the US federal law prohibits FXDD from redeeming funds to a bank account or person that is different than the name and account used to initially open the account.
Q: What currencies can I deposit?
A: FXDD only accepts deposits in USD. You may wire funds in any deliverable currency but please be advised that your bank will convert your local currency into USD before remitting the funds to FXDD for your account.
Q: Does FXDD process any tax deduction on profit generated?
A: Income reporting is the responsibility of the individual customer. You should discuss this with your tax advisor.
Q: How do I close my FXDD Individual/Joint account?
A: To close your account, download the Funds Redemption Form, please click here. Please complete, sign and fax the form to +1.212.937.3845. Please note that an FXDD account will never be closed, but money can be withdrawn and deposited at any time.
Q: On the Main Account Application: What is the difference between Net Worth and Liquid Net Worth?
A: In Net Worth you should fill in the roughly estimated value of all your assets minus all your liabilities. In Liquid Net Worth you should fill in the estimated amount of your net assets (assets minus liabilities) that can easily be converted into cash. Please note that this is an estimate. FXDD may require a client to fill in additional forms to complete the application process.
Q: Do you accept credit cards as the deposit/withdrawal method for the accounts?
A: Yes, we accept credit card deposits through PayPal®.
Q: What bank is FXDD using for customer deposit?
A: FXDD uses JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.for customer deposits.
Note: FXDD is not a subsidiary and/or affiliate of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A..
Q: Does FXDD offer FDIC insured accounts?
A: No. Because we are not a bank, our accounts are not FDIC insured. FXDD does, however, carry a financial fidelity bond that covers customer accounts.
Q: Can funds be transferred from a different bank account other than my own?
A: Funds can only be transferred from the bank account listed on the form, or a matching name from a different banking account.
Q: Do you charge a wiring fee?
A: No, FXDD does not charge a wiring fee for incoming and outgoing wires.

Q: How long does it take for the money to reach my account by personal check?
A: It usually takes Chase five business days to clear a personal check, but of course we will be monitoring the account and we will notify you immediately.
Q: Does FXDD have any reporting responsibility toward US tax authority relating margin account of a non-US customer?
A: No, it is the responsibility of the customer to report their taxes. We will certainly let you know if any changes occur, but we do not issue 1099 tax forms to individual traders.
